As one of ICF Christmas celebrations, we visited the Sunlight Boys Shelter and Sunrise Girls Shelter to share our blessings: our love, Christmas gifts, a meal and a Christmas message with the boys and girls. We had the 5 Love Languages expressed through food craft activities – words of affirmation, quality time, act of services, physical touch and receiving gifts. We shared the meaning of Christmas from the Christian beliefs where God’s love language is giving us His best gift of all – a Saviour for the World in His Son Jesus Christ. That is why we are celebrating Christmas. A Son is given. A Saviour is born.
