The spirit of Christmas is about giving not so much about receiving as the commercial world would want children to believe in. It is about thinking of others and not self-centred thoughts. God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son.

God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son. On Christmas, God has given us a Son. He has given us a Saviour. Love is about sacrifice. Love is about giving more than taking.
The truth is echoed by Christ, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." So it is in this spirit that we, the worshippers of ICF, rose to the joyous occasion. We invited the children from the Sunlight and Sunrise Shelters to our Christmas Party. They came to share our fun and laughter, peace and joy, and above all, our love. We gave them our love and each a Christmas present.
This Christmas is not about presents but the presence of God among His people who celebrate His great love for us.
