The Bible points out: How can a mouth filled with praise to God one moment and the next be filled with curses? Surely this is not right. We want our mouths to be overflowing with joy and thankfulness.

This week, we intend to be a blessing dispenser - words flowing out of our mouths are to be life-giving. Be generous and lavish with our words of encouragement. Say "thank you" to the bus driver, the road cleaner, the security guard, the bank teller, the receptionist, etc.
Choose life and live a life of no regrets!
